This represents dirty politics art its dirtiest, but that's not why it's here. Anyone who didn't beleive me when I said that athiests were a repressed minority should read this then tell me the same. That the specter of possible athiesm is treated as something bad, evil, un-American, something that must be defended against, is to me appalling. Welcome to the Land of the Free.

"The end of the ad features a picture of Hagan with a female voice yelling "there is no God!" -- the clear implication is that the voice is Hagan's. In fact, the Democratic candidate is a Sunday School teacher and an elder at her Presbyterian church."

(A while back I called, as an athiest, for tolerance from the religious. While I made one dumb mistake and one thoughtless comment, for which I have apologized, the rest of the article I stand behind. I also stand behind what I had to say to Starglider's comment. Read the article and the comments.)
